This is the kind of place every NYC neighborhood should have. Uncle Nick's is friendly and inviting to strangers and regulars alike. The food is a good mix of straightforward and exotic Greek. The decor is reminiscent of a bad movie set, but it probably should be since movie people ate here! In fact, it's probably what every Greek restaurant SHOULD be. Uncle Nick's is one of those places where you don't usually plan to go, but when you can't make up your mind, you pick it.
